Voice Gravity will practice fair and ethical treatment with customer and other partners. Voice Gravity prohibits anything that is illegal including but not limited to fraud.
Expectation for customers and partners:
- Be respectful when sending messages, eliminating profanity or anything that can easily be considered offensive language and content.
- Music is not to be re-sold or re-lease to another party. If such action(s) takes place, Voice Gravity holds the right to pursue legal actions against the violating party and the recipient of the material.
- Do not offer any barter trade for digital merchandise.
- All sales from the Music/Audio Inventory list are FINAL.
- Customize orders (music or voice over) turn around expectations will be within 5 days of the request. 50% deposit is due at the time of the request and the remaining 50% will be due at receipt of the finished digital product.
